Learner Ratios
Maximum 12 learners per instructor on first aid and trauma courses. Maximum 16 on personal safety and conflict management. Lower ratios available on request.
Vetting
All instructors hold Enhanced DBS certification and are individually insured. Instructor CVs and certificates available for inclusion in tender submissions.
Training is written around the actual risk profile of the role, not delivered from a generic syllabus. Content, scenarios and terminology are matched to the operating environment of the people in the room.

Clinical & Personal Safety
Personal safety, disengagement and breakaway training for clinicians facing assault, plus trauma refreshers grounded in PHTLS practice. Written by a former South West Ambulance Service community responder who has worked the same calls your crews attend.
Edged Weapon & Control
Edged weapon awareness and defence, close-quarter control, ground survival and clinch work for officers, PCSOs, custody staff and civil enforcement officers. Delivered under TRICOM and Pekiti Tirsia Kali methodology with a clear proportionality and reasonable-force framework.
Close Quarter & Combat Medic

Duty Of Care
Personal safety and conflict management for lone workers, retail and hospitality teams, housing officers and public-facing staff, alongside workplace first aid. Directly supports your obligations under the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.
Site & Scaffold Safety
Site-based first aid and trauma response, plus health and safety training informed by NVQ Level 6 Occupational Health & Safety, CertIOSH and direct scaffolding supervision experience. Delivered on site, in site conditions, without pulling crews off the job for a full day.

You receive a costed proposal with learning outcomes, duration, ratios, venue requirements and certification detail. Suitable for submission to your finance or procurement team.

Insurance certificate, venue risk assessment, safeguarding policy, instructor certificates and DBS confirmation are issued before the course date as standard.

We travel to you, UK-wide. All training equipment supplied, including trauma simulation kit. Sessions scheduled around shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.

Attendance register, individual certification and a training matrix entry for your records. Invoiced on 30-day terms against your purchase order.
Organisational training is quoted per delivery day rather than per head, which is almost always more economical than booking individuals onto open courses. Every quotation is fixed in writing before you commit.
