This Privacy Policy explains how C360 Group Ltd (trading as C360 Protector, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit our website or enquire about our courses. We retain your contact information for up to 12 months after your last contact with us, unless you have enrolled in a course in which case we retain records for up to 3 years for CPD accreditation purposes. After this period your data is securely deleted.

Enquiry form submissions are handled via Formspree, a secure third-party form processing service. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. We do not store your personal data on our website servers.
