Do I need any fitness or martial arts experience?
None at all. Our courses are designed for everyday people — all ages, all fitness levels. The emphasis is on awareness and practical skill, not athleticism.
Where is the Southampton training venue?
We train at Totton Martial Arts & Wellness Centre, Unit 3 Mill Road, Totton, Southampton, SO40 3AE — easily accessible from Southampton city centre, Eastleigh, and the New Forest.
Are courses available for groups or organisations in Hampshire?

Is the training CPD accredited?
Yes. All C360 Protector training is accredited by the CPD Standards Office (Provider #21883) and ProTrainings (#92182).
Who is the Southampton instructor?
Aaron Davis is the Head Instructor at the Southampton affiliate. He holds a BJJ Brown Belt, Lakan Tatlo in PTK, and is a certified Rapid Assault Tactics and TRICOM Instructor under Mark Tucker.
