Women's Personal Safety
Practical, no-nonsense personal safety training for women of all ages and fitness levels. Taught by CPD-accredited instructors with real-world operational experience.
The Reality
Most self-defence courses teach techniques. We teach you to think. Awareness, de-escalation and decisive action — the three things that actually keep you safe.
What You Learn
As one of our students put it: “It is so much more than just situational awareness. It’s practical, direct and extremely effective.”
Recognise danger before it reaches you. Learn to read environments, body language and pre-attack indicators so you can avoid threats entirely.
The safest fight is the one that never starts. Verbal and non-verbal communication strategies to defuse aggression and create space to escape.
Simple, gross-motor techniques that work under adrenaline. No strength required. Designed specifically for real-world scenarios women face.
Practical guidance on reducing vulnerability at home, in your car, on public transport and in social environments.
How to stay safe in social situations — nights out, travelling with friends, festivals — and how to look out for each other.
Basic understanding of how the body responds to threat — so you know why you might freeze, and how to override it with trained response.
